Terms & Conditions

1. All expedition or conquest need to be registered and approved by the organizing committee before it is official.
2. Registration of your conquest peak will be on first come first serve basis.
3. All approved conquest must be completed within 3 months from the registration date.
4. Participating group must be represented by a group name instead of an individual.
5. The size of each group MUST NOT be less than 8 people for Malaysia Mountain Category and MUST NOT be less than 4 people for Overseas Mountain Category. No limit of maximum number of people participating in the group.
6. Each participating individual can only represent a maximum of 2 groups.
7. For each conquest, one of the group memebers MUST use at least ONE Lafuma brand of product.
8. Each group canonly register to conquest for a maximum of 3 trips only.
9. Each group can win a maximum of 2 prizes only.
10. Upon completion of each conquest, each group must submit the following documents within 3 weeks: - 1 group picture (all members of the group) with Lafuma banner and Lafuma product(s) at the peak of the mountain as proof of conquest, - Not more than 20 pictures of each conquest taken in different slots; - A written log/blog of the conquest in no less than 300 words (inclusive of your conquest peak, group name, conquest period, story of the whole conquest, pictures)
11. All group members must declare that he/she is fit for the challenge and are participating at own risk and will not hold the organiser, sponsor and all agents responsible for any injuries which may be incured before, during or after the challenge.
12. All participating group must agree that the decision of the Organizing Committee is final and that no appeal will be entertained.
13. All participating individual in a group agree to give consent for the use of any images, log/blog, name and voice in any broadcast and advertising promotions or for other purposes pertaining to the challenge.
